Inanimate

Inanimate refers to object/items that have non-living forms such as curtains or a door.

Industrial schools

A form of residential school in which students were taught a specific activity or skill that was intended to aid them in finding work once they were completed school.

Iroquoian

The Iroquoian languages are spoken mainly in Eastern Canada. There are only two dialects in this language group–Iroquois and Huron.
