Welcome to the Senior Student Zone !!

The Language and Culture Edukit was designed with you, the senior high student, in mind. The Edukit focuses on the relationship between language and culture and the impact of history upon language. You will have the opportunity to hypothesize about what potential impacts there could be upon Aboriginal culture if traditional languages were lost. You will also be able to recognize the different Aboriginal language groups and dialects within Alberta and Canada. The Edukit also provides you with some interesting facts about the history and cultural importance of Aboriginal languages in Canada.
